RBG 75

1 oz RBG Lilac Gin – gin no. 081
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Sparkling White

Combine gin, simple, and lemon in a shaker and the pour into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling. Garnish with lemon peel.

notes: I first made this for my dad when he visited in August 2023. If you don’t have RBG Lilac Gin, use a lilac simple syrup.
