The only way to get good at anything is to try. Here we share unrefined attempts to make something delicious. Sometimes they work, other times they don’t. (There was this monkfish with a side of mustard greens I made once that was just awful.) Little is measured, and these meals are often never repeated. But like so many things in life cooking is about both the journey and the destination.
