I have been collecting gin for about five years now. I pick up a bottle (or two or three) whenever I travel, focusing on small distilleries and gin that isn’t widely available. My collection has grown to over 80 different varieties of gin, but I have tried well over one hundred. I am always looking to expand my collection and want to share it with you.
While my go to cocktail is a Gin and Tonic, there are many other great gin drinks and I will be sharing some you know and some you might not, along with my favorite gin to use in them. Of course if you are visiting the Lyceum, you will be shown the gin room and offered a drink, whether you like gin or not.
