Notes: I did a tasting of three bourbons at High Wire, straight, sherry aged, and single malt. I liked the straight best and bought a bottle for $80. It’s distilled from Jimmy Red Corn, a moonshiners’ corn that was down to its last two cobs before it was rescued from extinction.
