2025 Tasting of Corn and Tomatoes at 80 Thoreau

80 Thoreau got a new chef but kept the annual corn and tomato dinner. Our first dinner with Chef Gavin Lambert was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the heirloom grits and tomato adobo that accompanied the flank steak. I was also very impressed by the dessert. Here is a look at the 2025 Tasting of Local Corn and Tomatoes!
