no. 111 - Le Gin I absolutely love Le Gin. It's made by one of France's most popular Calvados producers. I had it for the first time at Crown Shy in NYC. I finally found a bottle in Boston's North End, but drank most of it within 24 hours.
Perhaps the most Instagram famous chowder in Boston is the one from The Boston Sail Loft. It's always pictured overflowing the mug and running down the side. People gush over this chowder so we had to try it. Could it be as good as the internet says it is?
The most historic restaurant in Concord also has some great food. In good weather the best spot is out front on the porch watching Concord go by. In the winter the cozy back bar with dark wood and a gas fireplace is lovely. Grab some clam chowder or beef poutine and then Indian Pudding for dessert.
