Maybe the best roast beef sub in town? A new review of Brothers Roast Beef with seven locations in the area, including Dedham and Malden.

Week 3 Roundup. St. Louis classics, a Brazilian feast, braised beef, and a familiar Mexican joint all made appearances this week.

Dinner last night at Adelita in Concord. I’ve been going there for years but tried two new dishes last night, carne asada and lamb sausage tacos. Also had awesome service from Hud. Great waiter. Read about it at the link in my bio.

Making short ribs.

I’ve been going to Trainwreck Saloon since I was a kid and getting the triple cheeseburger (three cheeses not three burgers) for about 30 years! See more at the link in my bio.

Sunday’s dinner was fantastic. Shrimp and sausage, New Orleans style served over creamy polenta so good that I wrote it up. Check out concordculinary.org for the details.

First Week of 2023 Roundup. I had a lot of great food this week and still lost some weight. The highlight of the week was dinner at Mooo…. in Burlington. But I also ate well at home, including some elk and a great cabbage soup. For more details and more of what I ate, visit concordculinary.org
