Perhaps the most Instagram famous chowder in Boston is the one from The Boston Sail Loft. It's always pictured overflowing the mug and running down the side. People gush over this chowder so we had to try it. Could it be as good as the internet says it is?
We see this food truck all around town, but never really wanted a food truck lobster roll. However, when they rolled into Short Path Distillery's Spring Fling, it seemed like the right time to try their chowder. Can a food truck serve an outstanding chowder?
We have been eating at Fishbones for a long time and probably even had their chowder before, but it isn't something we got often. We stopped by to give it a fresh try, but didn't get around to writing it up. While we had an overall rating, we weren't prepared to share details. So we returned to try it again.
