I don't know why I never made Shepherd's pie before, and usually I try a recipe a few times before committing it to writing, but this turned out so good in just one try that I have to document it, if only so I can make it again for myself.
Dino's Kouzina in West Concord is starting to win me over. I have always liked the Italian Pizza, but now the meatball sub has made my list of favorite local sandwiches.
