no. 020 Williams Great British Extra Dry Williams is entirely produced at the Chase Distillery on the family farm in Hertfordshire. It is distilled from estate grown potatoes, King Edward and Lady Claire varieties. My bottle was a gift from my friend Michael in early 2017.

no. 018 Green Mountain Black Gin Green Mountain Black Gin is an organic gin from Vermont. It is a traditional juniper-forward gin. Bottles are individually numbered with batch and bottle, ours is batch 1402, bottle 233.

no. 100 GIN375 Gin375 is produced by CIRKA, the first grain-to-bottle distillery in Quebec. It is an old tom style gin, distilled with cranberries and sour cherries. I bought a bottle at the distillery after a tour in 2024.

no. 016 Greenhook American Dry Greenhook Ginsmiths is a gin-only distillery in Brooklyn, New York. American Dry is made with vacuum distillation using juniper and nine other botanicals. I purchased my bottle in a liquor store in Manhattan in 2017.
gin no. 017 – Cold River Traditional Gin
no. 017 Cold River Traditional Gin Cold River is a lovely gin from Freeport, ME with a base spirit made from Maine potatoes. I first started drinking this gin at Ostra in Boston. At 94 proof it is strong in alcohol content but also in flavor.
