Au Pied de Cochon specializes in Canadian comfort food with an emphasis on foie gras. Their most famous dish is Canard en Conserve, "Duck in a Can." In addition to good food, they make their own gin and cider.
gin no. 100 – GIN375
no. 100 GIN375 Gin375 is produced by CIRKA, the first grain-to-bottle distillery in Quebec. It is an old tom style gin, distilled with cranberries and sour cherries. I bought a bottle at the distillery after a tour in 2024.
