no. 117 - Sylvius Dutch Dry Gin I got this gin as a gift from Niki and Sreyleak when I visited to meet their baby in October 2025 and opened it on December 1. Named for Dr. Franciscus Sylvius who is undeservedly credited for inventing gin. The flavor is dominated by anise, which gives it a limited audience.
gin no. 116 – Intervale Gin
no. 116 - Intervale From the makers of Black River Gin, Intervale is Sweetgrass Farm Distillery's barrel aged offering . It is aged in American oak barrels that once aged Chardonnay. Michael gifted me my bottle and we opened it on October 9, 2025.

no. 111 - Le Gin I absolutely love Le Gin. It's made by one of France's most popular Calvados producers. I had it for the first time at Crown Shy in NYC. I finally found a bottle in Boston's North End, but drank most of it within 24 hours.
gin no. 109 – Nora’s Irish Dry
no. 109 - Nora's Irish Dry Nora's Irish Dry is made by Tigh Nora, a bar in Galway, Ireland. The gin and bar are named for Nora Barnacle, wife of James Joyce. A London Dry with a modern profile, it's delicious in a G&T. I got my bottle from Michael when he visited Tigh Nora in 2025.
gin no. 036 – Hardshore
no. 036 - Hardshore Hardshore Gin is produced in Portland, Maine I bought my bottle at the distillery in 2019 when visiting for my birthday. It's made with juniper and just four botanicals.
