Notes: Purchased at the distillery after taking a cocktail class with Kelly, Danny, and Amy. It is aged in new oak barrels unlike it’s companion Knowledge of Evil which is aged in rye whiskey barrels. The price was $38 and then we got a discount because we took the class. Our bottle is labeled Batch 4, Bottle 309.
