Creamed Butter + Sugar Corn at The Bancroft

I’ve eaten at The Bancroft a lot, so I don’t often have much to say when I eat there, but I just had a side dish so good that I would make another visit just for that. The Creamed Butter + Sugar Corn with crisp pork belly, scallions, and smoked salt is to die for. It’s only on the menu while corn is still in season.
