I’ve eaten at The Bancroft a lot, so I don’t often have much to say when I eat there, but I just had a side dish so good that I would make another visit just for that. The Creamed Butter + Sugar Corn with crisp pork belly, scallions, and smoked salt is to die for. It’s only on the menu while corn is still in season. So if you want to try it, and you should, you had better hurry. I just wish I had taken a better picture. You can read more about The Bancroft at the link below.
