Sa’MoreRays & Sons Sandwiches

I don’t think I’ve ever been to Westminster before. Sure I’ve driven past on Rt. 2, but never had a reason to pull off until now, that reason, the Key West Cuban at Sa’MoreRays. I almost didn’t try it because instead of roast pork it has their house made roast beef and the pork is normally my favorite part of a Cuban. Thank the gods I did.

This sandwich is fantastic. It’s loaded with pickles. Mustard is oozing out the sides. It’s perfectly griddled with ooey-gooey melted cheese. And the roast beef was so much better than I ever thought it could be. On top of that they make really good french fries.

So the next time you are driving out Rt. 2, make sure you pull off in Westminster. Stop at Sa’MoreRay’s and try this sandwich. You might even see me there, because I’m eager to have it again.
