Laura is a sheep’s milk Gouda cheese from Holland. It is aged for one year in Kaasfort, Amsterdam. The result is a luxurious yet dry cheese with a complex nutty flavor. It’s produced by a brother and sister team who not only make the cheese, but also raise the sheep.
