Sternenberger Bergkäse
One of our favorite cheeses is Challerhocker and Sternenberger Bergkäse is similar. Although not as pungent a Challerhocker the flavor profile is very close.

Kamiku is a Spanish cheesemaker and "Curado Ahumado" literally means "cured smoked". Kamiku Curado Ahumado is a smoked version of their traditional sheep milk cheese.
Chabichou du Poitou
Chabichou has an edible, wrinkled rind. Cutting into it reveals a bright, white center surrounded by a creamy yellow edge. The taste is rich but tangy and goes nicely with fig jam or a slice of prosciutto.
