Coeur de la Creme Plain
Coeur de la Creme is a heat shaped fresh goats milk cheese from Bloomsdale, Missouri. Made with high quality goat milk and little else, it's an excellent expression of a fresh chevre.
New Orleans Style Shrimp and Sausage
Shrimp and Grits, maybe? It's a spicy shrimp and sausage dish with New Orleans flavor that I served over creamy polenta. Check it out.
